President's Report

Season’s Greetings - I can’t believe it is DECEMBER already. But ready or not, the Big Guy is headed our way. I will keep this merry AND SHORT.

May your gifts be many, and your returns be few. Wishing you good times, good cheer, and a happy new year.

PSBTA Update

DECEMBER LUNCHEON UPDATE:

Our December luncheon was a great success....not just for the inspirational presentation by Marty Hartmann of Mary's Place, but also the generous gifts and donations made my our membership.  Over 100 gifts were collected from the gift tags distributed at the November meeting...enough to fill Santa's sleigh.  But the highlight was the overwhelming response we received from our membership when we challenged them to match the generous donation of $1000 from BCD Travel.  Not only did we match it, but we exceeded our goal!  Our collection of cash and our Bingo funds came to $2,635.00!  We also had members go on line during the collection, and donate directly to the No Child Sleeps Outside Campaign.

For those that missed the lunch, please go on line and donate to Nochildsleepsoutside.org .  Bring our kids inside during these cold months!

On behalf of Mary's Place, I personally want to thank all of you for your generous donations!  You have no idea what it does for our families.  We are so grateful.
