Refund Policy

Yearly Membership - All sales are final. Any exception must be submitted by email, admin@psbta.org and reviewed by the PSBTA board. To keep membership within the same company, a name change is allowed for a $25 fee.

Monthly luncheon fees – All sales are final. Refunds must be requested 5 days prior to an event by email, admin@psbta.org. Credits may be issued to be used for future event registrations.

Special events - All sales are final. Refunds must be requested 5 days prior to the event by email, admin@psbta.org. No credits will be issued.
