PSBTA Gala 2019 - Travel Through Time

We are excited to to announce our PSBTA Gala 2019 happening on May 17, 2019 at the Embassy Suites Seattle Downtown Pioneer Square.  Tickets will be on sale starting April 3rd for the following rates:

Excellent, rare opportunity to join the historic Mayflower Park Hotel, an owner/operated boutique hotel located in the heart of Seattle.  We were honored by the Historic Hotels of America by being named 2017 Historic hotel of the Year and Washington Hospitality Association honored us with the 2017 Innovation Award.  Both awards showcase the great pride we take in the creativity and diversity of our dedicated staff.

The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for soliciting new catering accounts and maintaining relationships with exisiting accounts to meet and/or exceed food and beverage revenue goals.  Responsibilities include working directly with the client to provide site visits and direct booking of meetings and events for both corporate and social clientele and following through all details of an event, including production of contracts, changes, menus, theme functions, etc.  Development of weekly, monthly and annual forecast for catering food, beverage, public room rental and equipment rental.  Supervision of banquet operations staff.  Work with Accounting Department to complete final bill, oversee and assist in the collection of payment for banquet functions.  This is a working management position which maintains a commitment to provide exemplary service, on-site presence at events, participation in Sales Meetings, F&B Meetings, BEO Meetings, Management Meetings, participation in the Manager on Duty Program.

Professionally represent the hotel by participating in client and industry functions to ensure a visable presence in the community.  Continally monitor competition and industry trends.  Make recommendations to enhance guest experience and creativity in maximizing revenue.
